I have a daily practice of looking for and thinking about my inner landscape.

In my very early 40’s, I unraveled my life.

I am still attached to this idea that I love nitro coffee. Yet, now that I do not drink it regularly, and have the space to see how my brain and body reacts when I do drink it, I wonder if this is actually true.
